It is a reproduction made with archival grade pigments that accurately represent the colour and detail of the original painting.

The art prints are made on 100% cotton, cold pressed paper to ensure lasting colour and quality. It honestly looks just like the original!

The paper is textured to look and feel like the original piece of art and is complete with my artist signature.

I do! All original artwork, commissions and prints are held under copyright and are the sole property of Tonya Cruz.

I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create unless the collector has also purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork. (To discuss purchasing the rights, contact me.) The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. 

If the artwork is reproduced in a magazine or other media, I will just ask for credit.

When buying an original painting, the collector is entitled to showcase the artwork in their home or business. However, the artwork cannot be resold or reproduced without obtaining written permission from Tonya Cruz.

Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

This includes commissioned and original art work, art prints and greeting cards. Due to the nature of my small business I am not able to offer exchanges or returns.

Each Giclee Art Print is made-to-order, so please allow 10-14 business days for your item to be processed before it is shipped via Canada Post.

All prints are carefully packaged and shipped in a rigid flat-mailer or tube depending on size.

I handle all orders myself as a small business owner and work as quickly as possible to get your art to you. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Currently just to Canada and USA, however if you require shipping to another country send me an email and I will try to work it out for you.
